Turmeric

First of 2023 crop, harvested to order!

Warm & spicy, use fresh turmeric in your juices, smoothies, stir fries, and curries. Dehydrate and grind into powder to store and use with ease. Put powder in capsules mixed with a pinch of black pepper as a potent supplement for daily or as-needed use.

Grown in living soil here on our farm in Oviedo, Florida. Only organic approved soil amendments used and no pesticides of any kind.

Store in dry room at around 70F for best shelf life.

Plant rhizomes in moist soil to grow your own tasty and colorful spice. Sprouts in May-June, and grows through December. Goes dormant during cool months.

Tropical plant boasts vibrant green foliage throughout summer months and showcases beautiful white flowers with tinges of yellow and pink.
