Warm up 1 cup of your preferred milk on the stove before adding in -

1tbsp Turmeric powder

1tbsp Ginger powder

1 Cinnamon stick

Pinch of black pepper

Add sweetener to your liking

Soothing and delicious as a bedtime drink
